THROUGH YOUR OWN PERSONAL MIND PROGRAM you may be able to accomplish goals that you have never been able to reach before — more success in business, better athletic performance, less stress, weight control, stop smoking, or self-awareness.

HATHAWAY IS AVAILABLE for lectures, workshops, and private sessions on the attunements of the mind, body, and soul. His goal is to provide possibilities for individuals to become more aware of their life potentials. He believes in the uniqueness of each mind and helps to identify their mental DNA and designs image enhancements to help reframe unwanted concepts that keep an individual from achieving his/her goals.

WILL HYPNOSIS WORK FOR YOU IN MAKING A HABIT CHANGE? Anyone who can use their imagination has the potential to receive benefits from hypnosis. Essentially, hypnosis is "the use of imagery while in a relaxed state." The goal is to build a new positive image that can realistically  replace the negative one that you may be currently using. The new image focuses on positive improvement.

For some people, the change is instantaneous. For others it is subtler and needs constant reinforcement by self-hypnosis which the client will be taught.

PATIENCE, MOTIVATION AND THE WILLINGNESS TO BE AWARE are needed to learn how to avoid repeating an undesirable action.

EACH INDIVIDUAL IS DIFFERENT. For many, the work done in the first session is enough. Others  may feel the need to return for a three-session program, and still others visit the office on a steady basis, working on a series of problems. The client determines the need, not the hypnotherapist.
